While hosting a party at her swank loft in Los Angeles, Manananaan, a beautiful poet, is kidnapped by an Irish Vampire named Vanquo, he takes her back to his castle in Ireland, forcing her sister, Mara, to a journey to the far away Emerald Isle, the land of their Ancestors, in an attempt to rescue her.

When Mara arrives on the green shores, the luck of the Irish turns against her, and her beloved family starts dropping like flies, victim of the vampires residing in the region.
